Email Deliverability

Concep's Solutions team is dedicated to ensuring that messages sent through Concep Campaigner attain the highest possible deliverability, and that clients' messages are successfully delivered to recipients' inboxes.

Concep works directly with ISPs and reputation service provider Habeas to ensure that transmission is uninterrupted and email delivery issues are handled with the utmost expediency. We also provide consulting services to clients advising them on best practices to modify the content and design of their email messages to increase delivery and open rates.

Concep Deliverability Features and Services

  • Subscription Forms – Data collection features include opt-in forms with syntax checking and the ability to support single and confirmed (double) opt-in methods.
  • Unsubscribe - Dynamically generated for each mailing, multiple unsubscribe options include HTML link, unsubscribe form and reply processing.  Unsubscribes can be handled for single lists and globally (suppressions). 
  • Reply-Handling - Automatic reply handling features that process out-of-office replies, unsubscribe requests. 
  • Deliverability Reporting - Report on hard/soft bounces, domains, opens, and interactions. 

Spam Complaint Monitoring/Blacklist Management
Concep maintains relationships with ISPs to provide direct feedback loop management, and continual monitoring of sending IPs for inclusion on blacklists. Concep also tracks each messages' spam complaints to monitor how the message was received.
